Real Estate Sales Manager

Overview

The Relationship Manager will manage and grow relationships with channel partners (brokers, agents, consultants) to drive residential and commercial property sales, including lead generation, partner coordination, and end-to-end sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

• Share project details, pricing, and offerings with brokers and agents.

• Generate leads and support sales closures through channel networks.

• Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients and partners.

• Maintain accurate documentation, CRM records, and reporting.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Relationship Manager experience (real estate preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and manage relationships with channel partners.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Basic understanding of real estate sales processes and documentation.

• Graduate degree preferred.
