📝 Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct field recruitment drives to hire delivery riders across assigned areas
- Source candidates through local networks, referrals, job camps, and field visits
- Screen candidates based on eligibility (documents, vehicle, availability, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews and assist in onboarding processes
- Maintain daily hiring data and reports
- Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
🎯 Who Can Apply?
- • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate
- Experience in field recruitment or bulk hiring preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and data entry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
