HR Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a result-driven HR Manager who can operate as a strong individual contributor while also collaborating effectively with teams. The primary focus of this role is aggressive recruitment and solving people challenges to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring (Primary Focus)

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Deliver consistent hiring numbers within defined timelines
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

2. Individual Contributor Role

• Take full ownership of hiring without dependency
• Drive closures independently (sourcing → screening → offer → joining)
• Ensure accountability for monthly hiring targets

3. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with sales and management teams to understand hiring needs
• Align hiring quality with team performance expectations
• Support team managers in resolving people-related challenges

4. People Management & Challenges

• Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and retention issues
• Ensure discipline, performance tracking, and policy adherence
• Build a performance-driven and accountable culture
• Candidate ProfileProven experience in bulk hiring (especially sales hiring)
• Strong ability to work as an individual contributor + team collaborator
• Target-driven mindset with high ownership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure and deliver results
