Dev Plastics, Gurgaon

We make road-safety products — signboards, road studs, delineators, cones, barricades — and we're growing across the factory floor and the sales team. We need one recruiter to own all our hiring and keep every seat full.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Hire across four markets, continuously: ~5 factory workers, ~7–8 inside/tele sales, ~6 field-sales reps, and welders.

• Source hands-on — post, filter, call and screen candidates yourself on Apna, WorkIndia and Naukri. A phone-heavy volume desk (think 50–100 calls a week), not a post-and-wait job.

• Run walk-in drives and ITI / job-fair visits, coordinate interviews, and keep a live pipeline so we never hire in a panic.

• For welders, build durable channels — ITI placement cells, apprentices, fabrication referrals — and run a simple hands-on weld trade-test instead of judging on paper.

• Between waves, handle operational HR: onboarding, records, attendance, offer/appointment letters.
