  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
  • Conduct telephonic screening and maintain candidate records.
  • Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
  • Update recruitment trackers and HR databases.
  • Support attendance and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers regarding recruitment requirements.
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage.
  • EligibilityPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA-HR, PGDM-HR, or equivalent).
