Job SummaryWarehousing Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager – Warehouse Operations to lead and manage multiple 3PL warehouse operations across South India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, manpower planning, customer satisfaction, process compliance, cost optimization, and regional business growth.

The successful candidate should possess strong leadership skills, expertise in warehouse operations, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management, client relationship management, team development, and multi-location operations management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementManage end-to-end operations of multiple 3PL warehouse locations across South India.
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations while achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
• Handle operational escalations and provide immediate support during critical situations.
• Manpower ManagementEnsure 100% manpower availability within 48 hours against approved manpower requirements.
• Monitor manpower productivity and workforce planning across all warehouses.
• Coordinate with HR and staffing partners for timely recruitment and deployment.
• Team DevelopmentConduct employee grading, performance evaluations, and skill assessments.
• Organize regular training programs to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and safety.
• Develop future operational leaders through coaching and mentoring.
• Inventory & Warehouse ControlEnsure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly warehouse audits.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through effective utilization of WMS.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, client requirements, and statutory guidelines.
• MIS & WMS ReportingEnsure 100% accurate MIS reporting and WMS data management.
• Review daily operational reports and submit timely MIS to management.
• Analyze operational KPIs and implement corrective actions wherever required.
• Customer Relationship ManagementResolve customer complaints within 24 Hours (CCI TAT).
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers.
• Support new client onboarding, warehouse transitions, and operational stabilization.
• Warehouse Solutions & Business DevelopmentProvide warehouse operational solutions within 3 working days for new customer requirements.
• Support warehouse transition projects and operational setup within 7–15 days.
• Contribute towards quarterly regional sales and business development targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new warehouse opportunities within the region.
• Cost Control & ProcurementControl warehouse operating expenses and improve profitability.
• Ensure timely procurement of warehouse consumables and operational materials.
• Implement cost optimization initiatives without affecting operational efficiency.
• Vendor & Transport ManagementDevelop and manage local transport vendors.
• Ensure timely transportation support for warehouse operations.
• Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Travel & Crisis ManagementTravel extensively across South India as per business requirements.
• Handle operational escalations, emergencies, and firefighting situations effectively.
• Provide immediate operational support during critical business requirements.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)100% manpower deployment within 48 hours
• Team grading and regular training completion
• Accurate MIS & WMS reporting
• Regular cycle counts and monthly audit compliance
• Timely procurement and effective cost control
• Warehouse solution support within 3 working days
• Quarterly regional sales contribution

• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred).
• Minimum 5–8+ years of experience in 3PL Warehouse Operations, including multi-location warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management, MIS reporting, warehouse audits, manpower planning, and client relationship management.
• Proven leadership experience in handling multiple warehouse locations and large operational teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across South India.
• Preferred CandidatesCandidates currently working as Regional Manager – Warehouse Operations in the North, East, West, or South Zone of India within a 3PL Logistics organization are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates who have previously worked in the South India region and possess strong knowledge of regional operations, manpower management, customer handling, and warehouse setup will be given preference.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate to Bangalore and manage warehouse operations across South India.
