Role: Relationship Manager (RM)
Location: Gurgaon
Department: Institutional Real Estate – B2B Sales
Product: Home Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP)
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage strong relationships with builders, connectors, developers, and real estate agents.
• Generate Home Loan / LAP business through B2B channels.
• Build and maintain a strong market network in the real estate ecosystem.
• Source quality loan cases and ensure smooth processing and disbursement.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the real estate segment.
• Achieve monthly business targets and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience Required:
• Minimum experience in Home Loan / LAP B2B sales.
• Strong market connections with builders, connectors, developers, and agents.
Skills Required:
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of the home loan / mortgage market.
• Ability to generate business through institutional / B2B channels.
