Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including service and kitchen teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules.
• Control inventory, wastage, and operational costs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth order execution.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs and company policies.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and basic reporting.
• Train and motivate staff to improve service and productivity.
• Maintain discipline and a positive working environment.
• Ensure the restaurant is ready for daily operations and maintain high standards of presentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of inventory, billing, and sales reports.
• Candidates From casual dining, or fine-dining backgrounds are preferred.
