Position Overview: PlayAll Sports is hiring a Facility Executive to handle customer service, bookings, staff coordination, and day-to-day site operations. The role involves rotational shifts and weekend work, requiring strong communication and basic system handling skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Attend and assist customers at the venue

● Handle customer queries, bookings, and payments

● Update customer entries and bookings in the software accurately

● Coordinate and manage on-site housekeeping staff

● Ensure proper upkeep and smooth operation of the property

Shift Timings (Rotational Weekly):

● Morning Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM

● Evening Shift: 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM

● Weekly Off: Any one day between Monday to Friday

● Working Days: Saturday & Sunday are working

Preferred Profile:

● Someone who is customer-friendly and responsible

● Willing to work in rotational shifts and on weekends

● Good with communication and basic computer/software skills

Salary & Other details :

● Salary: Up to ₹17,000 CTC (Includes ESIC; PF is optional)

● Incentives: Performance-based ( after 3 months )

We have two locations. One has to manage both on alternate days.
