About the

Role

We are looking for an energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Demonstration Specialist to represent the Thakral Gizmos brand at our Experience Centre in Pan India. This is a frontline, customer-facing role responsible for engaging walk-in customers, demonstrating products, and driving in-store sales conversions through excellent product knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Key

Responsibilities

•    Greet and engage every customer who walks into the Experience Centre in a warm, professional manner.

•    Conduct live product demonstrations, clearly explaining features, benefits, and use-cases of gadgets on display.

•    Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive conversions.

•    Handle customer queries, objections, and basic troubleshooting questions confidently.

•    Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of all products, ongoing offers, and promotions.

•    Ensure the display counters and demo units are clean, functional, and visually appealing at all times.

•    Assist with billing coordination, stock awareness, and basic sales reporting to the store/floor manager.

•    Build rapport with repeat and walk-in customers to encourage positive word-of-mouth and footfall.

•    Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and punctuality as per company policy.

•    Coordinate with the operations and inventory team to ensure demo stock availability.

Candidate

Requirements

•    Male candidate only, as per client/store requirement.

•    Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

•    Prior experience in retail sales, promotions, or front-desk/customer service preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).

•    Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

•    Pleasing personality, confident demeanor, and strong customer-handling skills.

•    Comfortable with 6-day work week and standing/engaging with customers through shift hours.

•    Basic understanding of gadgets/consumer electronics is an added advantage.

•    Willingness to work in a retail/mall environment based in Gurugram.

Compensation

& Benefits

•    In-hand salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
