Job Description
- Customer Handling
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure excellent customer service and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and returns professionally.
- Online Order Management
- Process orders received through the website and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate packing and dispatch of orders.
- Update customers regarding order status whenever required.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory.
- Organize products neatly on shelves.
- Conduct periodic stock audits.
- Report low-stock and fast-moving products.
- Store Operations
- Ensure the store is clean, organized and well displayed.
- Manage billing and daily cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel.
- Monitor daily store opening and closing activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.
- Delivery Coordination:
- Assign deliveries to riders.
- Track pending deliveries.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Resolve delivery-related issues.
- Sales & Business Support:
- Help achieve monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products.
- Suggest improvements in merchandising and customer experience.
- Support promotional campaigns and festive sales.
- Desired Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in retail store operations or customer service.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable using computers and mobile applications.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Honest, disciplined and customer-focused.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude.
Performance Incentive
Monthly incentive of up to ₹3,000 based on:
- Store sales achievement
- Customer service quality
- Inventory accuracy
- Order fulfillment accuracy
- Attendance and punctuality
Working Hours
- 6 days a week
- Weekend availability is mandatory (weekly off on a weekday)
Experience: 1–3 years (freshers with exceptional aptitude can also apply)
Strong computer skills
Customer-facing experience
Willingness to learn e-commerce operations
