Job Description
› Make outbound calls to prospective retail solar customers across assigned territories in Haryana
› Pitch commercial solar systems in the range of 100 kW – 500 kW range and explain financial benefits, bill savings, and available subsidies
› Send product brochures, offer documents, and comparison sheets via WhatsApp to prospects before and after calls
› Probe and qualify customers — understand electricity bill size, roof ownership, sanctioned load, and budget before pitching
› Handle objections confidently and move customers through discovery → commercial → closure in minimum call cycles
› Maintain a daily calling tracker — number of dials, connects, follow-ups, and closures
› Coordinate with the field sales and installation team post-closure for smooth handover
› Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets as defined by the Sales Head
