We're Hiring! Position: Marketing & Sales Intern

Location: Sector-65, Gurugram

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible for the right candidate)

💼 What You'll Actually Do

• Visit local businesses and introduce them to Daadu's Cake (B2B)
• Run stalls and events — set up, sell, engage with end customers
• Track sales numbers and spot what's working
• Help maintain a consistent brand look and feel across platforms

🧠 Who We're Looking For

• MBA Recent Pass-out/ Pursuing
• Good communicator in Hindi and English
• Comfortable with basic tools — Google Sheets, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, Google Forms
• Self-motivated and okay working independently
• Must have a 2-wheeler and a laptop
• Willing to travel within ~20 km of Sector-65, Gurugram

💰 What You'll Earn

• Monthly salary (discussed at offer stage)
• Mobile & internet reimbursement
• Fuel/travel allowance
• Commission on top of salary:
• 5% on B2B sales
• +5% bonus for beating last month's daily sales median
• Performance bonuses

Note: Commission kicks in after 10-day probation period.

🕐 Hours & Schedule

• 2 weekly offs (flexible)
• Part-time or flexible hours available for the right person
• Probation extendable based on performance
