Sales and Marketing Leader

Key Responsibilities For Backend Sales / Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader :

• Corporate & Inside Sales Handle incoming corporate inquiries through calls, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers for clients.
• Coordinate with corporate customers for order processing and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly business targets.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.

Key Responsibilities For Field sales:

• Visit dealers, retailers, distributors, and local business clients regularly.
• Generate new leads and develop market presence for company products.
• Promote products of brands such as HP, Dell, Epson, Canon, etc.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
• Maintain relationships with channel partners and local resellers.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor activity updates.
• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Submit daily field activity reports.
