Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator for our organisation. The candidate will be responsible for handling client requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating purchase orders, and ensuring timely dispatch of material.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements related to machinery tools and industrial products

• Prepare and share quotations as per client specifications

• Follow up on quotations and obtain order confirmation

• Receive Purchase Orders (POs), scan, record, and maintain proper documentation

• Coordinate with accounts, store, and dispatch teams for order processing

• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of material after PO receipt

• Share order status and dispatch details with clients

• Provide sales support and basic after-sales coordination
