Role: Office Sales Executive - B2B
📍 Location: Hero Honda Chowk, Sector 33, Gurgaon, Haryana 122004
💰 Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹40,000 per month
👨👩 Open to: Female candidates
📝 Eligibility: Experience and Freshers Welcome
⏰ Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Working: 6 Days a Week
Experience & Education:
- Experience: 0-4 Years | Freshers can apply
- Education: Graduate - Any Stream
- If Experienced: Must be from Industrial/Tools/Machinery/Electrical background with B2B sales exposure
:-Who Should Apply:
Candidates interested in industrial tools & machinery sales from office. Must have good phone/email communication & ability to close deals. No field visits required. Technical product training will be provided.
Preferred Industry Exposure:
Building materials | Construction equipment | Electrical equipment | Electronic components | Industrial automation | Industrial equipment & machinery | Machine tools | Power tools | Hand tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound client inquiries via call, email & WhatsApp
- Prepare quotations, send product details & do timely follow-ups
- Generate leads through online portals, database & cold calling
- Understand product specifications & coordinate with technical team
- Process orders in system, track dispatch from PO to delivery
- Maintain daily sales reports & update CRM/customer database
- Build long-term relations with B2B clients over phone/email
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi - verbal & written
- Confident on phone calls & email drafting
- MS Excel, Outlook/Email, basic CRM knowledge - must
- Ability to pitch products & close deals remotely
- Fast typing & good computer knowledge
- Learning attitude for technical products
Skills Preference - Industrial Products:
1. Basic knowledge of industrial tools, power tools, machinery
2. Understanding of B2B purchase process & documentation - PO, Invoice, GST
3. Ability to read product spec sheets & explain to clients on call
4. Experience in inside sales/tele-sales preferred but not mandatory
