Direct Sales Executive

Budget- 36000- 40000 per month + monthly incentives upto 40%
Job Description-
Hindustan Loans is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Direct Sales Executive to drive loan sales and expand the company’s customer base. The role involves field sales, direct customer interaction, and end-to-end handling of the sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursal.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field activities, references, and local networks
- Conduct field visits and pitch loan products to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Explain loan offerings (Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, etc.) clearly
- Assist customers with documentation and application processes
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate financial solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Follow up regularly with prospects and ensure timely conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal
Required Candidate Profile
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Comfortable with field sales (“feet-on-the-street” role)
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, etc.)
- Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply
