Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to real estate projects
- Assist clients in property selection based on their requirements
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is a plus
