Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients/vendors from industrial sectors.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial products.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
  • Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
  • Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of telesales experience (industrial products preferred).
  • Experience in B2B sales or industrial product sales will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
