  • Experience in B2B / Retail Sales
  • Preferred background: Paints, Waterproofing, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales operations and drive business growth in the assigned territory
  • Develop relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate project leads
  • Manage and expand channel partner network
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections
  • Support influencer loyalty programs and ensure compliance
