Job Title: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive (Water Jar & Packaging Industry)
Location: Greater Noida

Industry: Packaged Drinking Water (20L Jars) / Packaging Products
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to generate business opportunities for our packaged drinking water (20L jars) and packaging products. The role involves using AI tools, Google, and social media to identify potential clients such as offices, factories, distributors, and institutions, and converting them into sales meetings for our field team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads using AI tools, Google search, Justdial, IndiaMART, etc.
- Identify target clients like corporate offices, factories, schools, retailers, distributors
- Make outbound calls and pitch our 20L water jars / packaging products
- Fix appointments and meetings for the sales team
- Handle and convert leads received from social media platforms
- Follow up regularly with prospects to close opportunities
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with sales team for order closure
- Build long-term relationships with potential clients
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Knowledge of Google search & social media platforms
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Preferred Qualification:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Experience in telecalling / FMCG / water supply / packaging sales is a plus
Salary Structure & Incentive Plan
Fixed Salary:
- ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentive Structure:
1. Appointment Fixing:
- ₹100 per successful meeting scheduled at Corporate client.
2. Conversion Incentive (High Earning Area):
- ₹200 per converted Domestic client
- ₹500 per converted Corporate client
Growth Opportunities:
- Promotion to Sales Executive / Key Account Manager
- Exposure to B2B corporate sales
- Training on AI-based lead generation tools
