Job Description:We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Executives for a leading Logistics company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and driving revenue growth through B2B sales activities.
- Key Responsibilities:Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Acquire and onboard B2B clients for logistics and transportation services.
- Conduct client meetings and sales presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
- Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Experience in Logistics, Courier, Supply Chain, Telecom, FMCG, Fintech, or SaaS sales is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
