PositionSales Executive / Admission Counselor
- Job ResponsibilitiesCall qualified leads generated by our marketing team.
- Speak with dentists and dental professionals.
- Explain training programs and their benefits.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Convert leads into paid enrollments.
- Maintain lead status and daily follow-up reports.
- Build long-term relationships with dental professionals.
- Who Can Apply?Candidates with telecalling or sales experience.
- Education sales, training sales, healthcare sales, or dental industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident in handling objections and closing sales.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Salary & IncentivesFresher / Basic Sales ExperienceFixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹500 per successful conversion
- Experienced Sales ProfessionalsFixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹1,000 to ₹3,000 per successful conversion (based on performance and experience)
- Earnings PotentialMonthly Income: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000+ achievable through successful conversions.
- Trial PeriodOne-week trial period.
- Candidate must demonstrate seriousness and sales capability.
- At least one lead should be matured and actively managed during the trial period.
