Job Description

Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, networking, and referrals.

Promote and sell company products or services to potential customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and transactions.

Coordinate with the operations or support team for smooth service delivery.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
