Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate projects.
- Generate and follow up on leads from portals, campaigns, and references.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to clients.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
