Job Title: Sales Manager (Gym Operations & Training Management)

Location:Club ATF Sector 7, Gurgaon

Experience Required: 2–5 years in sales/fitness industry preferred

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to oversee gym sales, administration, and personal training operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth, managing trainers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the gym. A smart, confident, and presentable female candidate is preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Drive membership sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Convert walk-ins and leads into paying members

Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns

Handle client queries and close deals effectively

Administration & Operations:

Manage daily gym operations and front desk activities

Maintain records of memberships, payments, and attendance

Ensure smooth coordination between departments

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Personal Training Management:

Oversee personal training programs and packages

Manage and monitor trainers’ performance

Assign clients to trainers based on goals and availability

Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction

Team Management:

Supervise gym staff and trainers

Motivate the team to achieve sales and performance targets

Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and sales skills

Leadership and team management ability

Basic knowledge of fitness and personal training

Presentable personality with a professional attitude

Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Preferred Candidate:
