Job Title: Team Leader – Retail Broadband Sales (Calling Process)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Telecalling Sales Executives for broadband services. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, target achievement, monitoring calls, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of broadband telecalling executives.
• Assign daily targets and ensure team achieves sales goals.
• Monitor calls and provide regular feedback for performance improvement.
• Motivate team members to achieve higher conversions.
• Track daily performance reports and maintain MIS.
• Train new team members on products, plans, and sales process.
• Coordinate with backend and installation team for smooth service activation.
• Ensure discipline and productivity within the team.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in Telecom / Broadband / Telesales Team Handling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Target-driven and result-oriented.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
