Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven B2C Sales Manager to join our growing team in the debt relief industry.

In this role, you will work with inbound leads and help individuals who are facing financial difficulties find the best solution to manage or eliminate their debt. You will offer services such as one-time settlement and debt consolidation, guiding clients through complex financial decisions in a clear and supportive way.

This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential, ideal for someone who is confident in sales and driven by results.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with inbound leads and assess their financial situation
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable debt relief solutions
• Present and explain services such as one-time settlement and debt consolidation
• Build trust with clients and guide them through the decision-making process
• Handle objections and close deals effectively
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• RequirementsProven experience in B2C sales (experience in debt relief, financial services, or legal services is a strong advantage)
• Strong closing skills and ability to work with warm/inbound leads
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of empathy and ability to handle sensitive financial situations
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way
