Sales Representative

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective clients at project sites, understanding their requirements, presenting our construction and interior solutions, and driving projects from initial consultation to successful closure.

• Key Responsibilities
• Visit client sites across Delhi NCR to understand project requirements.
• Meet homeowners, commercial clients, builders, and architects.
• Present the company's construction and interior services professionally.
• Conduct site inspections and gather project information.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to prepare quotations.
• Explain project scope, timelines, and pricing to clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, interiors, real estate, building materials, or project sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR for client meetings and site visits.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
• Valid driving licence; own vehicle preferred.
