Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Draft, review, and organize email correspondence, memos, and internal communications.
- Prepare meeting materials, including slide decks, agendas, and reports.
- Attend executive meetings to take accurate minutes and track action items.
- Assist in coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Conduct basic research for upcoming projects, partnerships, or executive presentations.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist with planning and organizing team-building events, executive offsites, or company lunches.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in [Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite], especially presentation and spreadsheet software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, "no task is too small" attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential business and personal information.
