Job Description
Job Title: Business Administrative Assistant
Location: Noida
Department: Business Development
Role Overview:
our mission is to act as the operational heartbeat of the startup. You will bridge the gap between internal teams and external stakeholders while ensuring that our high-level delegate events are executed with 360-degree precision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Liaison & Workflow Support
- Day-to-Day Hub: Serve as the first point of contact for operational bottlenecks, ensuring that information flows smoothly between departments
- Process Automation: Use tools like Teams , MS Word, or MS Excel to automate repetitive admin tasks to keep pace with startup growth.
- Documentation: Maintain the "Source of Truth" for company policies, meeting minutes, and operational handbooks.
2. Stakeholder & Delegate Management
- High-Touch Communication: Manage professional correspondence with in, Team members, and visiting delegates.
- Stakeholder Tracking: Maintain a "360-degree view" of stakeholder interactions using a Teams to ensure no follow-up is missed.
- VIP Concierge: Handle end-to-end logistics for visiting delegates.
3. 360-Degree Event Coordination
- Full-Lifecycle Events: Lead the planning and execution of internal and external events, from intimate board dinners to large-scale delegate summits.
- On-Site Management: Serve as the lead coordinator on the day of events, managing vendors, tech setups, and "firefighting" any issues.
- Post-Event Analysis: Maintain Logistics & Operational effectiveness after visit.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
- Prior experience acting as a primary point of contact between internal staff and external high-value stakeholders
- Good communication, coordination, and drafting skills
- Comfortable with MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and basic IT troubleshooting
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end logistics for VIPs, delegate
- High ownership mindset with strong confidentiality and execution capabilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Highly Organized & Adaptable professional with excellent communication
- Manage multiple priorities, coordinate day-to-day operations
