Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and qualify target accounts that match the ideal customer profile using research and CRM tools.
Outreach: Execute multi-channel communication sequences via phone, email, and social networks like LinkedIn.
Discovery: Lead diagnostic conversations to understand prospect pain points, budget, and decision-making criteria.
Demonstration: Present customized product pitches and solution overviews to corporate stakeholders.
Negotiation: Handle objections, finalize contract terms, and close sales agreements.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal stages in CRM software.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 6 years of Industrial or B2B sales, business development, or Field sales.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and active-listening skills.
Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Important Notes: Own vehicle & Driving licence is must required
