Job Description:We are hiring a Senior Recruiter for bulk hiring of Staff Nurses and GDA (Male/Female) for our Gurugram office.
Candidate must be result-driven and capable of handling high-volume hiring in the healthcare sector.
- Key Responsibilities:Ensure 15 daily walk-ins at office
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (calling, screening, interview, onboarding)
- Hire caregivers (Nurses & GDA)
- Maintain daily calling & recruitment data
- Strong follow-up to ensure candidate joining
Targets:🎯 Minimum 50 caregiver onboardings per month
🎯 Strong walk-in to joining conversion
- Requirements:2–4 years experience in recruitment (Healthcare preferred)
- Experience in bulk / mass hiring
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Must be target-oriented
Salary & Benefits:💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
