Senior Sales Executive

About Us:

Navayu Health is a fast-growing healthcare and wellness brand specializing in non-surgical

spine & joint care, regenerative medicine, metabolic health, and anti-aging treatments. We are

building a premium patient experience and are looking for a front desk professional who reflects

our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and requirements
• Explain treatment plans, procedures, and packages clearly and confidently
• Convert walk-in and inquiry leads into paying patients
• Handle follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, CRM) to maximize conversions
• Build trust and maintain long-term patient relationships
• Coordinate with doctors and operations team for smooth patient journey
• Maintain records of consultations, conversions, and daily reports
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication & convincing skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
• Strong sales orientation with a patient-first approach
• Presentable, confident, and professional personality
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
• Good understanding of customer psychology and relationship building
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp handling)

Preferred Profile:

• Female candidates preferred
• Experience: 3–5 years in counselling/sales (Healthcare, Wellness, Aesthetic, IVF, or
• Clinics preferred)
• Background in inside sales / patient counselling / luxury services is a plus
