Job Opening: sales executive ,Assistant Sales Manager and more other seniors profile Like DGM and VP
Location: Work From Office Only
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales from existing clients and develop new opportunities in assigned territory
Conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve sales targets aggressively
Build & maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups
Liaise between customers and company for service updates, pricing & new launches
Support Sales Manager in day-to-day operations; handle customer complaints
Supervise, guide & motivate sales team to meet/exceed quotas
Monitor team performance, ensure store is well-stocked, clean & maintained
Assist in recruitment of sales staff and delegate tasks in manager’s absence
Identify new business opportunities and sales strategies
Attend sales meetings & training sessions regularly
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate with proven sales & customer service experience
Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to ensure team compliance
Target-driven with ability to deliver excellent customer service
