Job Description
Experienced technician (3+ years) responsible for complex diagnostics and repairs across all vehicle systems. Leads and mentors junior technicians while ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex issues in engine, clutch, suspension, brake, and electrical systems
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior and associate technicians
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and company quality protocols
- Perform quality checks and final inspections before vehicle delivery
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and Service Manager on customer updates
- Support warranty claims with accurate repair documentation
- Stay current with vehicle technology advancements
Requirements Education
- Diploma/ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 3+ years as a senior technician in an automotive service center
- Expertise in diagnosing engine, clutch, suspension, electrical, and braking systems
- Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and software
- Familiarity with hybrid and electric vehicle systems
