Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Repair Technician to diagnose and repair laptops. You should be good with hardware and software issues and be able to fix problems quickly and accurately.


Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair laptops
  • Handle issues like overheating, power faults, no display, port repairs, etc.
  • Replace faulty parts like hard drives, RAM, HDMI ports, charging ports, etc.
  • Perform software installations and OS upgrades
  • Test repaired devices for proper functioning
  • Maintain repair logs and report issues to management
  • Ensure quality control and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in repairing laptops or mobile devices
  • Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Ability to use soldering tools and repair equipment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of testing tools
