Job Description

  • Handling and maintaining relationships with clients of the Jiyo Raw brand.
  • Increasing sales of Jiyo Raw FMCG products through active client engagement.
  • Converting new canopy customers into permanent clients.
  • Inviting customers to the factory for Live Oil Extraction every Sunday to build trust and product awareness.
  • Converting existing one-time (OD) customers into subscription customers to build a recurring customer base.
  • Following up with potential customers and maintaining proper customer records.
  • Coordinating with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
