Job Title: HVAC Site Incharge
Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site Supervisor to manage and supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and site operations. The candidate should ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day HVAC site work (installation, testing, commissioning)
- Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors at site
- Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Monitor material usage and coordinate with store and purchase team
- Handle site planning, manpower allocation, and daily work progress
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project engineers
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of PPE at site
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to management
- Identify and resolve site issues and technical problems
- Check quality of work and ensure proper documentation
- Requirements:Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical or HVAC-related field
- 3–7 years of experience in HVAC projects (installation/site work)
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, AHU, VRV/VRF, etc.)
- Ability to read drawings and handle site execution
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Salary:As per experience (Negotiable)
- Additional Skills (Preferred):Knowledge of safety standards and site compliance
- Problem-solving and team handling ability
- Time management and work under pressure
