• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage

• Supervise workers, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure proper manpower allocation at site
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts

6. 📝 Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Maintain site records (attendance, work progress, material logs)
• Update management regularly

• Ensure safety standards are followed at site
• Maintain clean and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

• Interact with clients during site visits
