Project Manager

Raamah Projects is seeking a capable and dependable Project Manager who can independently handle interior & civil project execution with strong leadership and accountability. The ideal candidate should be able to lead site teams, resolve issues quickly, maintain quality standards, and ensure all timelines are met without slippage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Leadership

* Manage and lead multiple sites independently

* Supervise, guide, and monitor site supervisors

* Ensure tasks are completed as per daily and master schedules

* Enforce quality standards and workmanship guidelines

2. Coordination & Planning

* Liaise with designers, vendors, procurement, and clients

* Ensure all drawings, approvals, and materials are available on time

* Track daily progress and proactively solve issues

* Maintain all documentation and logs accurately

3. Vendor & Material Management

* Follow up for dispatches and ensure on-time deliveries

* Check material quality & quantity on arrival

* Maintain material consumption logs

4. Client Communication & Updates

* Share weekly progress updates

* Record all approvals, changes, and decisions

* Address site queries professionally and promptly

5. Reporting

* Prepare daily updates and weekly status reports

* Maintain timeline vs actual progress trackers

* Highlight risks and delays early for resolution
