Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The candidate should have experience in creating engaging content, running paid campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
• Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns
• Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Increase followers, engagement, and lead generation
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation
• Analyze campaign performance using insights and analytics tools
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports
• Handle audience engagement, comments, and messages

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Marketing
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms
• Content writing and copywriting skills
• Good communication and creative thinking abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing

Preferred Skills

• Experience in lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus
