:- Process orders as per marketing team instructions and generate invoices

:- Coordinate IRN (E-invoicing) for multiple godowns

:- Prepare quotations for key account clients based on purchase orders

:- Maintain and organize purchase orders for future reference

:- Follow up for balance confirmation from key account clients

:- Place orders for key account clients as per company instructions

:- Handle collection and invoice clearance against payments

:- Prepare MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis

:- Coordinate with regional and depot offices

:- Maintain stock summary and conduct physical stock verification

:- Share daily operational reports within internal teams
