Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Sales Manager who can lead store operations, drive sales growth, manage team performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail sales expertise, and the ability to handle day-to-day store management efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
Drive monthly and yearly sales targets of the store.
Increase walk-in conversion and customer retention.
Develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
Ensure upselling and cross-selling of products.
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for high performance.
Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and professionalism.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance.
Customer Experience
Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times.
Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.
Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty.
Store Operations
Manage complete store operations smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display.
Maintain stock availability and coordinate with inventory teams.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and store hygiene.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.
Reporting & Coordination
Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with management.
Coordinate with marketing and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in retail sales/store management.
Strong leadership and team handling skills.
Good communication and customer handling ability.
Experience in baby care, kids retail, fashion, or lifestyle retail preferred.
Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
Basic knowledge of Excel, billing software, and retail reporting.
