📋 Key Responsibilities:

● Operational Excellence: Oversee daily dark store operations to ensure 100% order accuracy and maintain industry-leading TAT.

● Inventory Control: Manage end-to-end stock processes, including in warding, periodic auditing, and minimizing shrinkage/wastage.

● Fleet & Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of pickers and delivery partners to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.

● Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality protocols within the store.

● Reporting: Track daily performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to the Cluster Operations Manager.

✅ Candidate Profile:

● Experience: 1–8 years of experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Warehouse operations (Dark Store experience is a huge plus).

● Education: 12th Pass for Store Supervisor & Graduate in any stream for Store Incharge.

● Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.

● Attributes: Strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a problem-solving mindset.

● Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
