Sales Counselor Job Description (JD)
Job Title: Sales Counselor Training Location: Chandigarh
Training Duration: 10–15 Days (Unpaid)
Job Location: ESTE Delhi Preet Vihar
Training Support: Accommodation and meals will be provided by the company (settled at the end of training)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Agreement: 2-year employment agreement
Job Description We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Counselor with experience in face-to-face client counseling and strong convincing skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling clients, converting leads, and driving sales.
- Key Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face counseling with clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize conversions.
- Handle client queries and objections effectively.
- Maintain follow-ups with clients for closures.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain client records and daily reports.
- Requirements Experience in Sales / Counseling / Client Handling.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
- Experience in Wellness / Skin Care / Healthcare industry is preferred.
- Willing to undergo 10–15 days unpaid training in Chandigarh.
- Must be willing to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
