Sales Executive

As a Manufacturing Helper in our battery production unit, you will provide essential manual and operational support to the technical team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth flow of the assembly line, handle raw materials safely, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace. This role is vital for meeting production targets for Lead-Acid, Lithium-Ion, or tubular batteries.

• Material Handling: Loading and unloading raw materials (lead plates, chemicals, battery casings) and moving finished products to the warehouse.
• Assembly Support: Assisting machine operators in the grid casting, pasting, and assembly processes.
• Quality Sorting: Visually inspecting battery components for defects or damage before they move to the next stage of production.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Regular cleaning of machinery, molds, and the production floor to prevent contamination and ensure safety.
• Packing: Securely packing finished batteries into boxes, applying labels, and ensuring all documentation is included.
• Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) protocols, especially when handling hazardous materials like acid or lead.
