Job Description

  • Prepare and cook tandoori breads, kebabs, tikkas, and other tandoor specialties.
  • Manage tandoor operations during production and live events.
  • Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and cooking techniques.
  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness protocols.
  • Monitor inventory of tandoor ingredients and report stock requirements.
  • Minimize wastage and adhere to kitchen SOPs.
