Job Description

  • Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per standard recipes.
  • Handle mise en place, sauces, soups, grills, pasta, and main course preparations.
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.
  • Minimize wastage and follow kitchen SOPs.
  • Support banquet, catering, and live event operations as required.
