Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso-based beverages, coffee brewing methods, and beverage preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shift schedules.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Latte art knowledge.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Upselling and customer engagement skills.
• Experience with POS systems and order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, coolers, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with beverage recommendations.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other bar ingredients.
• Assist in inventory management and report shortages to the Café Manager.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the service team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a friendly team environment.
