We are looking recovery Team leader in Gurgaon location.
Position: Team Leader – Recovery
Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurgaon
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Team Handling Experience: At least 1 year of team handling experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the recovery team to achieve collection/recovery targets.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily operations.
• Ensure timely follow-up and recovery from customers as per company policies.
• Train, motivate, and guide team members for performance improvement.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer/payment-related issues.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain recovery MIS.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and recovery processes.
